A vintage hand carved Senufo wood stool from the Ivory Coast. The Senufo people are a West African ethnic group living in the north of the Ivory Coast, the south east of Mali and western part of Burkina Faso. An African stool is a lovely way to bring texture & character to a modern space. Use as a stool, side table or stack towels on it in the bathroom. Each is hand carved from a single piece of dense native wood, this one has a beautiful medium brown patina. Good condition, wear consistent with age.
