Shipping
We ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC to the US & Canada. We use Expedited Parcel by Canada Post & USPS with tracking. You can check the shipping cost in 'view cart' at bottom left before checkout. Input your zip code / postal code and it will calculate the cost and the estimated transit time.
Returns & Exchanges
Purchases may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or 7 days of receiving your online order. For online purchase returns please contact us in advance for an authorization number before return at hello@detailsbymrk.com. Candles & home fragrance products, books, artwork & plants are not returnable. Sale items, special orders and shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the shipment cost to return your purchase. Credit will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect it to ensure original condition of the returned item(s). For the comprehensive refund policy you may review it prior to check out.
Taxes & Duties
Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, however you may need to pay import duties as defined by your country regulations. You are responsible to pay applicable brokerage charges & import duties. Canadian applicable taxes will be charged based on destination province.
